What to do if the package has not arrived?
First of all, don't worry First, check the tracking number you received by e-mail or check the status of your order on our website. If the shipment status is not updated, or you notice something disturbing, please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com. Usually this is just a small problem that we can fix within hours. DON'T WORRY because we will definitely solve the problem and leave you with nothing ;-)
What to do if You recive wrong or damaged products?
Our number one priority is the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our fantastic customers, but mistakes can happen to anyone. If there is something wrong with the product or you have received the wrong items, please follow the steps below:
○ take a photo of the damaged product or the wrong products
○ Please send an email with photos and information to firstname.lastname@example.org
○ Our customer service department will deal with your problem within 48 hours and solve the problem.
