What is DARTFROG return policy?
You can request Your return within 14 days of the moment Your package was delivered. The products should be sent back without any sains, makeup leftovers, unwashed and unused. We reserve the right to keep 50% of the original price if the product is not returned in its original condition. You will receive the full product price refund within 14 working days from the moment we receive Your return.
The only exception is products marked with the heading "FINAL SALE" usually you can buy them at the lowest possible prices much below our production cost, in the case of returning the product with such a mark, we will charge 40% of the purchase cost as a restocking fee.
If you are returning items that have been shipped to you free of charge, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping cost of 8,90 EUR from the refund amount. The same is true, in case you are returning one of the items that allowed you to get free shipping and if, after deducting the price of the returned item, the amount spent would not qualify your order for free shipping.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Unfortunately, we can't provide free returns yet. Customers are responsible for
return shipping cost, Therefor, choose a shipping provider that's most affordable for You.

- as soon as we receive replacement products from you, we will send new ones immediately
