How fast do we ship orders?


It takes about 1-3 business days until we ship it Your order. We ship our products from Monday to Friday and please note that orders placed after 2 pm, on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the beginning of the next week. On special occasions like the launch of a new collection or Sale campaigns, shipping might take few days longer, but if it happens You will be informed right away.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?


Values ​​given are according to our experiences and slightly longer than official ones given by the carrier.
  • UNITED STATES OF AMERICA: 5-10 business days once it has shipped (read the note below)
  • EUROPE: 2-10 business days once it has shipped
  • CANADA: 5-14 business days once it has shipped (read the note below)
  • AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND: 7-21 business days once it has shipped
  • ASIA: 7-21 business days once it has shipped
  • SOUTH AMERICA: 10-21 business days once it has shipped
  • AFRICA: 10-21 business days once it has shipped

 NOTE: The United States, Canada, and Mexico are serviced by the DARTFROG USA, however, sometimes it happens that stocks in our US warehouse do not allow us to carry out delivery in the three indicated countries, then the parcels are sent from Europe, which does not cause any complications besides the extended to about 10 business days period delivery.


How will You know when your order has been shipped?


Once your order was registered by a currier, you will receive a confirmation email.


What should You do, if Your package hasn't arrived ?


First, check the tracking number which you received in the email. Should it show any unusual shipping process or issues please contact the shipping provider for more information on your order. It’s usually just a small issue that can be taken care of right away. Sometimes it happens that the delivery address was wrong or the package was damaged and the package is being sent back to us.
